As an independent company, BackCountryDeliveries.com (BCD) specializes in scheduled deliveries from any and all stores local to Tuolumne County. Our base is in Sonora with routes being developed to Groveland, Twain Harte & the Tuolumne County High Country.

 

HOW IT WORKS

Just about any store or services of your choice - such as mail, documents from title companies or lawyers are just a few of the services BCD delivers.

 

Don’t know how to use the internet and need help? Call Customer Service/Order Desk, we will help you place your order. Our customer service will gladly put together all aspects of your order for you.

 

Back Country Deliveries can also go into any store or merchant, to do your shopping for you. Customers can request as many stores or merchants as they want and all will be delivered at one time. 

Example, a customer orders a pick up from Walmart for 3pm pm; flowers from the florist shop to be picked up at 3:30pm. The customer would like a particular fast food order and schedule that pick-up for 4:30. All of the orders have Back Country Deliveries as the designated pick-up. Our BCD driver then delivers all 3 orders to the ordering customer.

The customer is charged for one delivery fee (1 stop included), 2 additional stops, and you add the gratuity to reward your driver.

Multiple Stop Fee:

$5 per stop

 

In-store Shopping fee:

$8 charged per 15 minute increment

 

Online Shopping Assistance Fee:

$8 charged in 15 minute increments

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Our service is designed with convenient ways to pay for your orders.

1. Order and pay the merchant with your preferred form of payment. (Please keep in mind any tip assigned for this purchase transaction will go to your merchant and is separate from tipping your driver)

2. Designate Back Country Deliveries as the pick-up entity. Once the delivery is made you can pay the agreed upon delivery fee and any gratuity for the driver via Cash, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal or pay with any credit/debit card using our PayPal Invoice Service, or you may, also, write a check.  

 

Back Country Deliveries is unaffiliated with any merchant. Therefore, unlike popular delivery apps that make their affiliated merchants raise prices by up to 25% on top of the delivery fee and gratuity.

Here at BCD- we charge a pre-arranged flat fee, with a gratuity of your choice. Gratuities show your driver you value their availability and services.  There is no hidden inflation attached to your merchandise when you use The Deliveries Network for all your local delivery needs.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

We take every precaution to avoid damages. If something you purchased is damaged while in BCD possession, we will do our best to remedy the situation to your satisfaction. Grocery orders coming from Sonora will be inspected at the pick-up and any damaged items will be brought to your vendor's attention and you will be notified at once of the situation.

ACCESSIBILITY:

We'll do our best to navigate driveways and roads. But if the delivery vehicle can't safely access your road or driveway, then you'll need to meet the driver at the closest point to your home.​

The drivers also become familiar with the quickest way to get there and whether or not there are any dogs that are friendly or not. And how to approach the delivery of the items.

For the security of all of customers and drivers all BCD Drivers must pass back ground check with the Sonora Police Department.
